30 Days Easy Returns

- Buyer's preference: Returning an item because you changed your mind, it doesn't fit, dont like it, etc..
- Opened/used items: Electronics, software, collectibles often incur fees if opened/used.

Customers Returns: It is customer responsibility to cover the return shipping costs, so they can return items to right destination.
- Generally if the product is lost or damaged during shipping, or not usable, we would arrange refund or resend after provide us with products-broken photos or lost proof within 15 days.
- The actual product may differ slightly from the promotional images; the actual product shall prevail.
