extra day to your delivery estimate. - Order handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted carriers.
- Transit time: 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Order Acceptance & Pricing
Please note that sometimes orders cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including:

We may request additional verification, such as a phone number, address confirmation, proof of identity or banking details before accepting your order.
Orders placed before 10pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 10pm will be processed the next business day.

- Your proof of payment

Please note: For custom products, we will contact you separately to confirm the desired specifications before the order is processed and shipped.

You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.
